Lessons

Instructor Therese Cousens (BHSAI) offers lessons on your own horse either on site at Priory Court Farm or at your place. We have an outdoor school, jumping paddock and JumpCross course.

Whether you are a beginner, novice or training to do your BHS exams, all standards can be catered for including lunge lessons, private or group flatwork or jumping lessons and stable management.

​

Therese has been teaching for 5 years. Having ridden since a young age and competing locally on her own horses, she went to Plumpton College to gain her National Certificate in Management of Horses and Advanced National Certificate in Equine Business Management as well as taking her BHS exams, Stages 1 and 2 and Teaching exam.

​

She then went on to work as a junior instructor at Bedgebury Riding Centre, gaining her teaching hours and Stage 3 exam, qualifying her as a BHSAI. She has since been teaching freelance at Priory Court Farm

Training available with BHS accredited coach for BHS stage 1 & 2 care and Essential Horse Care Certificate courses

Livery

Priory Court Farm has been a livery yard for over 20 years.

​

Our stables (including Lodden stables) are all undercover in a large barn. Priory Court Farm offers a range of facilities including:
